As you log into your account, your first view is the list of games related to you as a client of Player XP. Across from the games list, as you select a game, you have the Data Overview for that selected game. We call this page “The Hub”.
Here we have the following in order as per icons. Each page represented by these icons will help you set up what will be displayed in the dashboard:
|
The Data Overview gives you a snapshot of the data collected for the selected game. From this page, you can explore further into the dashboard.
By clicking each of the 'Dynamic Report', 'Topic Finder', or 'Interaction Explorer' buttons, you will be taken to the related dashboard pages. The large sentiment diamonds show you the recorded sentiment per channel over a period, in this case, from the time data started being recorded in Player XP. By clicking on each of the channels you can view the data related to that channel. You can use the provided tickboxes to choose whether all-time data is shown, or data from the last 30 days.
The sources which the game's interactions were collected from are shown in the centre of the Data Overview. At the bottom of the page, you can also see two snap graphs showing sentiment and interactions over time.
Dynamic Report
As you access the Dynamic Report page which is the landing page where you can view more details about the gathered data. The following needs to be set up according to your preferences.
- Set a day when you would like the data to start being retrieved

- You can simply ask Player XP to retrieve the data over a pre-determined period of time, this could be the last 3, 6, or 12 months, the last 8 or 4 weeks, or the last 7 days. You can also select “All Time” which simply means, Player XP will retrieve data starting from the time we started collecting data for the game.
