Within Player XP, categories are created to assist you in identifying key insights and tracking changes over time. We have 20 categories in Player XP with their respective icons.
Within each category, you will find all data information you find across Player XP's other features such as Summary, Over Time Sentiment Changes, Interactions, Sentiment Drivers, Talking Points, etc…
When you hover over “Category” on the left panel, you will have the full list of all 20 categories we have in Player XP.
You can explore further into each of those categories by clicking on the one you want to explore.
We have an example here of the “Gameplay” category with its icon.
Sources:
With the categories, you can explore all the sources used within Player XP to collect the data. Also, remember that the available sources are the ones you have chosen to use as your data sources.
By clicking on the arrow to the right of each source, you can explore further into the selected data source. For example, exploring the Google Play Store data source will provide you with the elements related to Google Play within this category.
Options:
This cog gives you options in relation to this particular category or sub-category you are in.
- You can export a CSV of your game's combined sentiment & interaction numbers over time in this category
- You can export the entire display of your current page
- You can select which languages are available on this page
- You can select which data sources are used on this page
- The "Flattened Average" tickbox is in relation to sentiments on this page. Enabling this allows you to see the average sentiment as if each person only had one sentiment score instead of scoring from multiple comments.
