We have introduced an Audit Log on Player XP so that you can track all changes made to your company dashboard.
You can find the Audit Log in the left panel when viewing your Profile.
On the Audit Log page you will see a table with the four following column headers:
- Date And Time - exact date and time of when the relevant change was made
- Setting - the action that has been made and caused a change
- Change - the effect the changes had on the dashboard
- Changed By - the user that made the change
Changes that are tracked in the Audit Log can consist of things on the Hub page and within games such as updating personal info, adding games to a team or company, searching topics, promoting team and company admins etc.
When personal info is updated, changes to the info can not be seen by other users in the company i.e. changing a phone number.
If you are a company admin or a team member, you can use the drop downs above the table to filter it. You can view changes that affect a specific team in your company, and you can filter to see changes made by a specific user. You can also download the table's contents as a CSV.
