How to Use the PDF Report Generator
The PDF Report Generator allows users to create, manage, and download scheduled reports for their selected games. Follow this guide to set up and access your reports efficiently.
1. Setting Up Reports
To begin receiving scheduled reports:

Navigate to the Alert & Report Settings tab.

Go to the Setup Reports section.

Click Create New Report Configuration.

Select a game to attach the report to.

Save your configuration.
Reports are currently tied to individual user accounts, with plans to expand to company-wide configurations.
2. Managing Your Reports
Once you have at least one report configuration:

Go to the Manage Reports section.

Here, you can view, edit, or delete your report configurations.

Deleting a report configuration will also remove access to any reports generated from it.
⚠ Important: Deleting a configuration also removes associated reports and message destinations.
3. Accessing and Downloading Reports
To view and download reports:

Navigate to the Reports Page at
/useradmin/reports. -
Reports are categorized as:
-
Successful (Green) – Available for download.
-
In Progress (Gray) – Still being generated; refresh the page to update status.

Failed (Red) – Could not be generated; retry option available.

Click INFO to view report details (e.g., destination name, send time).
-
Click DOWNLOAD to save the report to your device.
🔄 Retrying Failed Reports:

Click RETRY on a failed report to generate a new one using the same configuration.
