It also separates the negative from the positive comments.

When you click on any of the buttons under “Most Discussed” you will be taken to a page showing you detailed data regarding the selected category. This data includes:
- A Summary of the data collected in that category. Giving you the sentiment, the number of interactions over the chosen period and the last 30 days, the estimated community size and data sources in numbers.
- An Overview of all data related to that specific category. This is represented in a line chart format, showing the sentiment of various changes, and the category comparison against competitors. It also shows the interaction volume against the estimated community members represented on a bar chart. And finally the sentiment split, with negative, neutral and positive interactions.
- Sentiment Drivers which is split into two tables showing the top 5 most positive and most negative with their scores.
- Talking Points displayed in a table format will provide you with key terms sorted in descending order according to the number of interactions with more analytical factors to explore using the arrow on the right of the topic.
As the name indicates, the Interaction Explorer will enable you to fully explore the posts and interactions of all users from various sources. This data will enable you to draw your own conclusion but the tool's interactivity simplifies your analysis of the gathered data.
