Advanced Sentiment Analysis & Drivers
An enhanced feature that identifies the specific factors driving changes in sentiment. This helps teams understand the “voice of the player” and pinpoint what’s causing sentiment to improve or decline.
Categories
Predefined or custom groupings that classify interactions into themes such as performance, gameplay, or monetization. PlayerXP uses categories to organize feedback into actionable areas.
Data Aggregation
The process of collecting and summarizing large volumes of information into a structured form. PlayerXP aggregates player feedback from multiple sources to give a unified view of community sentiment.
Interaction
An Interaction in PlayerXP represents a single piece of text-based, user-generated content, such as a forum post, review, or comment. Each interaction is analyzed for sentiment and context. The system will automatically exclude contents that are not text-based (such as gifs, links, emojis, images, etc...). On a standard subscription, the system will pick up and analyze only EN language contents. More languages can be added through our Translation Engine.
Most Discussed
A ranking of topics or categories that receive the highest volume of player feedback within a given time frame. This helps teams prioritize based on what players are talking about most.
Negative Sentiment
Feedback that expresses dissatisfaction, frustration, or criticism. PlayerXP highlights negative sentiment so teams can identify pain points and address them quickly.
Neutral Sentiment
Feedback that is neither clearly positive nor negative, often factual, mixed, or descriptive. PlayerXP captures neutral sentiment to ensure a balanced understanding of player discussions.
Positive Sentiment
Feedback that expresses satisfaction, enjoyment, or praise. PlayerXP tracks positive sentiment to highlight strengths and successful features.
