The Channel pages break down data by the type of source - either User Reviews, Online Communities or Social sources.
At the very top, as with all pages, is the date selector, allowing you to refine your results by time period. This can show you how a specific event, such as a patch rollout, content update, marketing campaign, widely shared story in the media, etc. affected your game. The orange dropdown next to it provides several shortcuts to quickly select a date range, or you can instead click on the start and end date to bring up calendars with which you can choose a custom date range. The date selector moves onto the left-hand panel as you scroll down the page so that you don't have to scroll back up to the top of the page to change the date range.
To access either of the three channel pages, hover your cursor over the 'Channel' tab on the left-hand panel and select a channel. Once you select a channel, you can switch between the three channels using the buttons at the top of the page.
Below are the first of several data aggregate visualisations. The first will be a sentiment comparison graph between the channels, comparing sentiment from the channel you're viewing against sentiment from the other two. Hover over every data point to see the exact average sentiment at that time, or click two points in the graph to drill down further into that period.
The next visualisation will be the interactions bar chart. This represents how interactions are divided between the three channels. The orange section of the bar represents User Reviews, the blue represents Online Communities, and the green represents Social. Hover over either coloured part of the bar to see the total number of interactions and the top four categories of interactions (broken down by the number of interactions per category) in that channel for that period. There is also a colour code to roughly indicate how many interactions were positive (green), and how many were negative (red).
Further down the page is the Community Members chart which shows the number of community members in each data source within the channel you are viewing. For example, in the User Reviews channel, you can see the four data sources in this channel represented in the graph, with their individual colour codes on the right. Hovering over each bar will again show the number of community members in that source during the period and the top four categories of interactions.
Below this, we also have the Game Interactions Comparison graph which represents the number of interactions in the channel within the date range for multiple selected games. To the right of the graph is the games you are comparing the interactions of in the selected channel, you can add more games using the + icon. The games are colour coded to be identifiable in the graph, hovering over either of the games in the graph will show you its total number of interactions in the channel during the period.
Even further down the page is a comparative line graph of the top three most discussed categories for your game within the channel of data you are viewing. This data can be arranged by volume of interactions or by sentiment by clicking the respective button immediately above the graph. On the right of the graph is a summary of data for each respective category shown. This includes its current sentiment score, the total number of interactions that have been categorised there during the selected date range, and the top three most discussed topics within that category. You can also cycle between the top twenty categories in groups of three to see their data visualised similarly by clicking the left and right arrow buttons. This is the same graph found on the Data Overview page except that it only represents interactions from the channel you're viewing, rather than a combination of all three channels.
