This article will focus on two aspects of the data collected in this part of the dashboard.
This part of the dashboard presents you with data from the three main channels we have in Player XP: User Reviews, Online Communities and Social. Each one of them will display numbers from one source defined by their scope.
Every one of the three channels will provide you with the same sets of information except for the User Reviews which does not provide the Audience Type Segmentation.
Talking Points:
The Talking Points table represents a quick overview of the interactions from different sources.
- These icons diversify what data you would like to see and how you want to view it. In the same displayed order, you can compare your selected game against other games or outside of your chosen date range. You can set boundaries on the sentiments you would like to display, you can add or remove sources, you can search for specific items, you can switch the chart display format, you can choose to display in numbers or percentages, and you can hide or display specific categories. You can also display and view these terms in a cloud format.

- By clicking on the arrow, you can view more detailed data for that particular term.
Audience Type Segmentation:
The Audience Type Segmentation feature provides you with the types of members recorded in different communities used as sources in Player XP.
By clicking on the grid icon, you will be displaying a comparison table with all types of community group members against each of the Player XP categories.
By clicking on the arrows, you will display each of the community members' types, one after the other. It will display the types of community members segmented on Player XP as you scroll click through the arrows.
This icon next to the title of this feature enables you to switch the display between Sentiment & Contributor Volume Over Time and Sentiment & Volume Over Time.
