Managing Data Sources in Player XP
Player XP offers users the flexibility to manage their data sources efficiently, enabling them to tailor their monitoring experience according to their preferences. You can manage your data sources in two distinct ways within the application:
Method 1: Source Management from the Main Hub
Accessing Source Management:
Navigate to the main hub of Player XP. On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Cog" icon.
Click on "Source Management and select your game from the dropdown menu
Disabling/Enabling Data Sources:
Within the Source Management section, you'll see a list of available data sources.
- To disable a data source, simply toggle the switch next to it.
- Conversely, to enable a data source, toggle the switch again.
- Your Changes will be automatically saved.
This method provides a more permanent solution, as data sources remain disabled until manually re-enabled by the user.
Method 2: Hide Data Source from Game Monitor
Accessing Game Monitor:
Open the game monitor for the specific title you wish to manage data sources for.
Hiding Data Sources:
In the Data Overview page, locate the "Cog" icon positioned on the right side.
- Click on the "Cog" icon.
- Select "Hide Data Source" from the dropdown menu.
- A list of all available data sources will appear.
- Choose the data sources you want to hide by clicking on them.
Please note that this method is session-specific, meaning hidden data sources will reappear upon logging out and logging back in.
Users can utilize either method based on their specific needs and preferences.
By utilizing these methods, users can seamlessly manage their data sources in Player XP, optimizing their monitoring experience for enhanced efficiency and relevance.
